It's common advice to turn your customers into fans, but I believe it's the other way around. I believe you have to fall a little bit, just a little bit in love with your customers and be their fan. Because at that moment, first of all, you are more selective of your customers. It's more easy to find the you you like. You can be fan of a group, so it's more easy to talk to them. And to be honest, when I look at all my customers at this moment, these are amazing entrepreneurs, very skillful. They are so passionate about their work, about their customers. It's amazing to work with them and that's very good for my business of course, but it's very good for their business as well. Because they are fans of their customers as well.
