Every person has more potential than they use. That potential doesn't live in a new strategy, a better method or harder work. It lives in who you are.
Everything I build starts from that belief. The technology I develop starts with who you are. Everything that follows builds on that foundation. Identity first. Always.

I was seven when I learned to shut myself down. My parents divorced. I learned: show no emotion. Stay invisible. At 18 I became a bar manager. At 20 I bought my own bar. I started a record label called Veth Music. I moved into management at T-Mobile and KPN. Always building. Always on the side. But always as the wrong version of myself. Until I flipped it. The traits I had buried weren't my weakness. They were my core power. Not something to fix. Something to use. I started applying that insight. First to myself. Then to other entrepreneurs. Founders and CEOs who were stuck despite proven success. I guided them through permanent identity shifts. Short. Intense. No drawn-out programmes. Then I saw the bigger pattern. This insight was too big for one-on-one. It needed to live in technology. It needed to scale. It needed to reach multiple domains. So I started building. Identity First Media. Aligned. MentoSprout. ENTISTAR. Every company follows the same core: start with who you are. Amplify it with technology. Scale it. Not because it's a smart business model. Because humanity reaches a higher potential when every person does what they're truly great at.
Learned to shut myself down. The foundation of everything that came after.
Bar manager. First experience leading teams.
Bought my own bar. First business.
Veth Music. Record label, music production, artists.
Management at T-Mobile and KPN. Always running my own businesses alongside.
Started guiding entrepreneurs. Identity work.
Started building Identity First Media. From one-on-one to technology.
Multiple companies across technology, performance, learning and wisdom.
Every system I build starts with who you are. Not with a template. Not with what the market demands. Not with best practices. With you. Your personality, your values, your voice, the way you think. Scientifically mapped. That is the foundation.
AI does the heavy lifting. Scale, speed, pattern recognition. Humans do what humans do better. Technology doesn't replace you. Technology amplifies what only you have. Every tool I build works from that principle.
Most systems lose the person when they scale. What starts personal becomes generic the moment it grows. Not with what I build. The identity stays intact at every scale. That is the difference between what I build and what already exists.
The same philosophy works everywhere. For entrepreneurs building their online presence. For athletes who want to perform from their core. For children who learn in their own way. For people seeking wisdom without dependency. The core doesn't change. The domain does.
Since 2003, without interruption. From bar to record label to corporate management to identity work to technology. Every phase built on the one before it. Nothing was a detour.
Technology came later. The combination is where every company comes from.
More than ten years of sharing weekly how I think about entrepreneurship, identity and technology. No tips. No hacks. How I see it.
Guided entrepreneurs from 300k to 2 million in revenue. Coached athletes on mental performance. The methods and insights from that work now live inside the technology behind every company I build.
Markets change. You don't. Not your core, at least. Any system that starts with the market becomes irrelevant the moment the market shifts. Any system that starts with you, stays.
Ideas are worthless. Execution is everything. I build. Every day. That is the only proof that matters.
No temporary peaks. No motivation that fades after three weeks. Everything I build is aimed at lasting change. A shift that doesn't reverse.
The traits you've hidden away aren't your weakness. They're your core power. Every company I build helps people see that and put it to work.
