Start with the IP → Software Audit. Twelve questions, five minutes, no app idea required. You see which part of your work could work without you, where it still depends on you, and which type of software opportunity is closest to your work.

Identity First Media
identityfirstmedia.comMy own company. Builds a media company on your own domain: website, blog, podcast, clips, email. Multi-tenant SaaS, close to 600,000 lines of code, built solo, with paying customers.
SolarPunkLab
solarpunklab.comResearch into the future of self-sufficient communities and cities. A simulation lab that runs the real numbers on communities, with an interactive explorer and a village in three dimensions.
None of these were built by a development team. They are live. Three of them take money, the fourth is research. That is the whole point.

You tell me what you want to build and what already exists. If it excites me, we schedule a call. If it does not, you will hear that too.

We talk for half an hour.
No pitch, no proposal theatre. I want to understand what it has to do once it is finished.

Within 24 hours you get one page.

I build.
Sometimes it is live within 48 hours, sometimes it takes weeks. That is on that one page, and I keep to it.

It is live, under your name.
Your domain, your accounts, your customers. Want to keep building afterwards? You can, with me. Want to take it over yourself? You can too, because it is yours.
Why a form
I only build what excites me.
That sounds like a luxury. It is a condition.
I have been an entrepreneur since 2003 and I have built enough to know when something good leaves my hands: when I want to see it exist myself. Everything I built without that feeling turned out mediocre. Everything I built with it is live today.
So I say no more often than yes. Not because your idea is bad, but because it does not fit me. You are better off with someone else then, and I will tell you so.
