Sell First, Build Second: The Right Order

Sell first and then build. Apparently, I need to say this over and over and over again. I see it all the time on my laptop, everywhere on the Internet. Every entrepreneur is asking, okay, which feature do I build next? Okay. Which product or service am I going to build next? And I'm like, it's crazy. You cannot ask that question. You get the wrong answers. You need to set up a landing page. You need to sell the product or service. You have to say, okay, I will deliver this within one month, one week, one year. Depends on how long it will take you to create it. And then you start selling and the demand drives the choice you make. That's it.
