Welcome to the Paul Vette podcast. I'm not going to talk about how things should be done, but mainly about who you need to be. I challenge you to become the owner of your true identity. Time for your breakthrough and joy in your business. An unfair strategic advantage - that's what I gave a client of mine yesterday, and she immediately wondered, "Paul, how did you pull this off in 20 minutes?" And I said, "With AI." But of course, that's easy to say, because AI has become a container term. And how did I actually do it? I want to give you this same unfair advantage, because it has helped me personally, but it also helps me to help my clients. So it will certainly help you as an entrepreneur too. What many people still do is keep starting a new chat with their favorite LLM. So GROK, Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT, or whichever one you use. And there are already more and more people familiar with the fact that you can create custom GPTs or projects. But how do you actually do that? The best way, in my opinion, is to create a project, and you can do that with at least 3 out of 4. With Gemini, I don't know that yet. But you can add files to those projects. But what kind of files should you add? What I've done - and you can find a download link below the video, so you can just download them - I've developed 4 master prompts for you that help you develop 4 files that you add to a project, which immediately gives you as an entrepreneur an unfair advantage. Why? Look, if you're going to talk with any LLM, step 1 is: who are you? Who are you as a person? Who are you as an entrepreneur? If it doesn't know that, if that LLM doesn't know that, then it's just going to selectively assume that you could be a certain type of person. Maybe very orderly, very accurate, all about the details. While you might be someone who's wonderfully chaotic. Well, then of course what it's going to give back to you won't work. So at the core, you first need a prompt to extract who you are. And we often find that difficult ourselves when you're sitting at a big table like this and then have to tell who you are. Well, there's a prompt for that. It's going to ask you questions and then help you determine who you are. Of course, it's not a complete personality profile, but it definitely helps you give the core to your project at least. That's step 1, and it works in sequence. Step 2: the methodology. You as an entrepreneur, you possess certain frameworks. You have certain intellectual property. That's already inside you, and it's your job to get it out together with the LLM. Because the moment an LLM knows your intellectual property, knows your thinking framework, knows where you come from, then it can also much better determine where you are now and where you're going. So because of that, it can also think strategically with you. Content can align much better with you as a person, but also with your thinking frameworks. Then it won't say weird things. Because that does happen sometimes when you're chatting. That you think, "Yeah, but this makes absolutely no sense to me. This doesn't fit me." That has to do with that prompt. So prompt 2: methodology. Prompt 3: your positioning, your offer. How do you sell it? What do you sell? To whom? And many entrepreneurs already find this difficult, and this is of course constantly being refined. And it's about you being able to give it to an LLM now, so it can help you with it. One, by asking you questions, and the LLM will frame it for now. Which is really just fine, because ultimately you'll notice this all matches and this doesn't match. And then you can just update that file again. Precisely by working with it, it also becomes clearer to you. And that's brilliant. So step 3 is your positioning. And here too, you have a prompt, you get questions back that you're going to answer. As much information as possible from yourself or from the data you receive, from the things you do in your business. And you can very easily add that third prompt, that third knowledge document to the project as well. And then number 4. This is just to establish a structure. You'll also be busy for a bit giving those answers based on the prompts that you can download below. But then you actually have a strong structure in place. But prompt 4 is about your tone of voice. Because how I speak is different from how you speak. And that's different again from how Pete, Klaus, or Linda speaks. We all speak differently, and then it's useful for the LLM to also know how you speak. Because when it's going to create content for you, of course especially then. Then it's useful that you don't have to edit 80 percent, but 20 percent. But also communicating with your team, communicating with clients in whatever way. Everything becomes easier when the LLM scans your tone of voice. So prompt 4, which is in the playbook that you can download below the video, is to get your tone of voice out of you in a very nice nuanced way, so that the LLM starts talking the way you do. And then you have a very solid basic foundation in place. And then you can build other things on top of that. For example, I also have a shortcut with a less-than sign, then an M, and then a greater-than sign. That's just a shortcut I made up myself, doesn't matter. But if I paste, for example, the transcript of this video after that, it automatically makes a LinkedIn post from it, an Instagram caption, a YouTube caption, well, those kinds of things. Multiple things come out of it. But then you only have to type the less-than and greater-than sign and the transcript of this video. Well, that's already being generated by all kinds of platforms like even YouTube. Well, that gets fed in and then I automatically get all of that out. But all based on those first 4 prompts that I entered. So it always matches my identity, my methodology, my positioning, so also my target audience, and my tone of voice. So that's worth gold. When I'm going to spar strategically, then it won't suddenly say, "Yes, Paul, you need to approach that target group. Old housewives," I'll just name something. "People who love to spend all day cleaning here." No, that's not the target group I address. A perfect target group for something else. Maybe your target group as an entrepreneur. Perfect, but not for me. So also when you're going to think strategically or do other things with AI. If you have that foundation, then you can add other things on top of that that are very helpful. And do you find this either difficult to do yourself, or on the other hand awesome and do you want to dive deeper into it? I also have - I'll add that link in the show notes too - I also have an assessment that shows you where in this area your biggest breakthrough opportunity lies, because that has to do with your identity. And if you then think, "Wow, this is really cool," then you can also get access to the Aligned app, where we're going to look completely at who you are at the core, where your blockages are. So what's the gap between who you are and how you're behaving now? And the moment you then tackle those blockages, that's an enormous growth opportunity for you, and Aligned also shows you exactly how you can best organize your business in a way that truly matches who you are. It also ensures that you immediately have your personal branding right, that you can also see which AI tools truly help you and your business. But especially the intake of Aligned is really worth gold to immediately see what kind of business truly fits you and how that differs from the current business you're building now. But anyway, start with the playbook below the video first. Download the playbook, use the prompts, add it to a project in your favorite LLM, and then I'm sure you'll be able to work much more easily with AI. Your growth is further ignited. Ready to take full ownership? Then check the link in the show notes. --- This transcript has been translated from Dutch.

Frequently asked questions

What are the four master prompts every entrepreneur needs in AI?

The four essential prompts create knowledge documents for: (1) your identity profile as a person and entrepreneur, (2) your methodology and intellectual property frameworks, (3) your positioning, offer, and target audience, and (4) your tone of voice and communication style. These documents teach AI who you are, how you think, what you sell, and how you communicate - creating a persistent foundation instead of starting fresh every conversation.

How do these AI prompts create an unfair strategic advantage?

By loading your identity, methodology, positioning, and tone into AI projects, you eliminate the guesswork AI normally does about who you are. Instead of generic responses that require 80% editing, the AI already knows your frameworks, target audience, and communication style. It can strategically think alongside you, create on-brand content automatically, and make suggestions that actually fit your business - all because it understands your foundation from the start.

Why should I use AI projects instead of starting new chats?

New chats mean AI starts from zero knowledge about you every single time. Projects with uploaded knowledge documents create persistence - the AI remembers your identity, intellectual property, positioning, and voice across all interactions. This transforms AI from a basic tool into a strategic partner that builds on previous context, understands your unique approach, and delivers consistently aligned outputs without constant re-explanation or heavy editing.

How long does it take to set up this AI foundation?

The initial setup using the four master prompts takes focused time to answer questions thoroughly, but the result is a robust foundation that saves exponential time afterward. One client received strategic advantage in just 20 minutes once the foundation existed. The prompts guide you through extracting information you already possess - your identity, frameworks, positioning, and voice - then organizing it so AI can leverage it instantly in every future interaction.

Can this AI framework help with content creation across platforms?

Absolutely. Once your foundation is built, you can create custom shortcuts that automatically generate platform-specific content maintaining your voice and positioning. For example, inputting a video transcript with a shortcut command can instantly produce LinkedIn posts, Instagram captions, and YouTube descriptions - all matching your tone of voice, methodology, and target audience without manual editing. The foundation ensures brand consistency across all AI-generated content automatically.
