AI Is Not Intelligent - It Amplifies Yours

AI is not intelligent yet. It thinks linearly, never nonlinearly. But it powerfully amplifies your intelligence when you feed it your identity first.

Key takeaways

  • Recognize that AI thinks linearly - it only knows what you tell it. Feed it your identity, your patterns, your voice, or the output will be generic and forgettable.
  • Build trigger points into your AI systems. Just as your brain uses triggers to retrieve memories, AI uses structured prompts and memory cards to retrieve the right context at the right moment.
  • Use one raw input to produce an entire content ecosystem. One video or voice note can become a podcast, blog, social posts, email sequences, and a course - if the system is built right.
  • Your ideal client is attracted by your authentic voice. Stop trying to sound like other entrepreneurs. Your unique language filters out bad-fit clients and pulls in the right ones automatically.
  • Work AI first in your systems and identity first in your content. That combination accelerates output without losing what makes you distinctly you.

Is AI Actually Intelligent - Or Does It Just Amplify Yours?

Show notes

AI amplifies your intelligence - it does not replace it

AI thinks linearly. You think in connections. When Paul thinks about soccer, his brain jumps to being a goalie at 19, becoming a DJ, unhealthy snacks, weight gain. AI never makes that leap. That nonlinear human intelligence is exactly what needs to go into the system - before AI can produce anything worth reading.

Why most entrepreneurs are using AI wrong

  • They feed it generic prompts - no identity, no voice, no context
  • They expect AI to think for itself - it cannot
  • They get output that sounds like everyone else - because it is
  • The fix: identity first in, identity first out

How the Identity First Media system works

Paul built an intelligent layer that maps your identity - tone of voice, patterns, positioning - and uses it as the engine for all output. You record one video, one audio, or drop a raw brain dump. The system produces:

  • A fully optimized podcast episode and page
  • A blog article
  • 3 to 5 short-form videos with subtitles and grammar check
  • LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X posts (5 to 10 per input)
  • Email sequences to your mailing list
  • Full courses from 2 to 3 videos - modules, lessons, published directly to your website

Your ideal client sounds like you - not identical, but aligned

A key finding from building this system: the language you use in your unique voice consistently attracts the right clients for you. Entrepreneurs who try to sound like someone else attract clients who do not fit. Your voice repels the wrong ones and pulls in the right ones. That is not a side effect - that is the strategy.

The principle behind the platform

Like the microphone expanded your reach, then amplifiers expanded it further - AI is the next layer. But only if you use it identity first. AI first in the systems. Identity first in the input and the output.

Artificial intelligence is not intelligence. People think it is, and I know why they think it is, but it's not yet. To be honest, sometimes for me, it feels like it's intelligent. Last week I was coding for our platform and we say it's an intelligent layer we are building. It's finished enough.
0:28
We are releasing this week. But I told it to test something and it tested it in a way I was like, wow, that's amazing. This must be intelligence. But suddenly I realized that maybe three days earlier, I tested something else in the same way. And I told it, I told AI to remember the way of testing this.
0:56
So it just picked up what I said to remember. But for me, it was three days later and I was not thinking about it. I told it to save it and it picked it up and I was like, wow, but it's not intelligent yet. It's easy to think it is because we can give it a big memory and we can tell it to focus on the parts of the memory when it's needed to to focus on that part. And that's how our brain works as well.
1:31
That's why we can sometimes remember things and sometimes we have problems remembering things. But if we have like a trigger point to remember something, it's always easy to remember. So if we build in trigger points for AI, it will always remember where to look. And that's amazing. So people are talking about context window.
1:56
Yeah, within the context it knows everything. But out of context, you can give it like cards, flashcards to say, Okay, if we are talking about this, you have to look over there. If we are talking about this, you have to look over there. So it's not intelligent yet. But what I believe and what I see is it amplifies yours, your intelligence.
2:20
It's really easy to build AI as if it's intelligent, so it can amplify your intelligence. If you ask AI something and you want it to be intelligent, it's never going to be because it's not thinking about the things you don't mention. So within your context, it's always searching in a linear way. It's never nonlinear. So we can think in connections.
2:56
So if I am thinking about soccer, when I was a goalie in the past, I can think about, Okay, when I was a goalie in the past, I was 19 years old. And then suddenly I became a DJ and I stopped playing football and I start becoming a very good DJ, yes, but also eating a lot of unhealthy snacks in the night and drinking a lot of alcohol, so I became very fat. So when I'm thinking about soccer, I can also think about being fat. Well, AI never thinks in that way. So it's really normal that to say that AI is not intelligent yet.
3:37
But if we give it this context, it can sound intelligent. And that's amazing. That's why we, Identity First Media, we've built an intelligent layer for entrepreneurs. So if an entrepreneur inserts his or hers intelligence to our intelligent layer, the output is brilliant. Now it's very intelligent output, but it's still linear to what the entrepreneur is.
4:12
But it's in such a way linear that it's scaling so fast. I will tell you exactly what we did. We built an intelligent layer to find out the identity of the entrepreneur, including tone of voice and some other stuff. I'm building this for over a year now because I was identity architect. I helped entrepreneurs in their mindset.
4:41
I helped them grow to scale as a business person, and also within their companies, the structures, the patterns. And from there, we built a very intelligent system to find out the identity of the entrepreneur, including tone of voice and some other things. And we build it like this identity engine for entrepreneurs. And what it does, that's the identity first input. I believe in this.
5:16
You put in your identity, your voice, your input, human, then AI is going to work and the output is identity first as well. So identity first in, identity first out, AI first in the structure that amplifies a lot. So what you can do with identity first media is very simple. You record one video or audio or just text brain dump from you, not not AI slob. That's really bad.
5:49
Your intelligent insights, you put it in our system. And what it does, it creates a podcast, the podcast page, all optimized for AI, so AI will get to know you. Also in the background, not on the front screen for the public pages to read also in the background. A blog article, it creates that as well. It creates for ten minute video, three to five short videos, including subtitles, grammar checked.
6:27
It's nice. It creates LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, TikTok captions for the reels, tweets or access, I don't know how to pronounce it now, five to 10, because we want you to be known for grok as well. It's important to be known by Grock. So all that stuff. Also, you record one, two or three videos, you can tell our system, okay, make a course out of it.
7:02
So you upload three videos. It makes a course out of it with three, four, five modules, few lessons per module. You say, okay, publish. This is the price and boom, it's on your website immediately. So your customers can get your value and you get the money.
7:21
It's really fast, really simple. And it really amplifies your intelligence. I forget something. You can also talk to AI within our system. You get an assessment live on your website or a landing page.
7:39
And from that video I mentioned earlier, you can also send it to your mailing list, not the video, but it distracts, extracts, I need to say, all the knowledge. You can enrich it with your knowledge base inside our system and you can send one email to your mailing list or maybe three or five in a sequence. Everything's possible. But I believe it's only possible because we build it in an intelligent way, because AI itself is not intelligent. It cannot think for itself.
8:16
So you have to explain how it needs to react. If you give it a lot of intelligence and you insert your intelligence, then it amplifies your voice, your words, that your identity, that what you are known for or want to be known for, because it's always connected to your business. And what we found out that's great, that because we we bring, we map your identity, we see that your ideal customer looks a lot like you. Not exactly like you, because that will be boring, but your ideal customer is never someone who's the totally opposite of you. So when we found this out, the language you use is always when you use your unique own voice, it's always best to attract the right customers for you.
9:18
So another entrepreneur will attract other customers that doesn't suit you. They they don't match with you. And it's okay. You you will attract the right ones and you push away the bad customers. For you, there will be good customers for other entrepreneurs.
9:40
So that's amazing. And I believe in this time, in this AI first economy, this is what we need. You need to work AI first and identity first. AI first in the systems to amplify, to accelerate your output, but identity first in input and output. So you keep your own voice, like the microphone when it was invented, you could reach more people.
10:11
Then came the Amplify, you can reach more people. Now we have AI, you can reach much more people if you use it. So if you want to use the system, if you have any questions, or you think, okay, I need this, please send me a message or go to identityfirstmedia.com and see for yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Is AI actually intelligent enough to replace human thinking?

No - AI is not intelligent yet. It processes information linearly and only within the context you provide. It cannot make the nonlinear connections your brain makes naturally. The right approach is to use it as an amplifier of your own intelligence, not a replacement for it.

What does 'identity first' mean in an AI system?

Identity first means your voice, patterns, tone, and positioning go into the system before AI produces anything. When your identity is the input, the output reflects who you are - not a generic AI average. Identity first in, identity first out.

How much content can one video or voice note realistically produce?

Inside the Identity First Media system, one raw input generates a full podcast episode, a blog article, 3 to 5 short videos with subtitles, LinkedIn and social posts, and email sequences. The system also turns 2 to 3 videos into a publishable course with modules and lessons.

Why does your voice attract your ideal client specifically?

Your ideal client is never the opposite of you - they share enough of your worldview to resonate with your language. When you write in your authentic voice, you naturally repel bad-fit clients and pull in the right ones. Copying another entrepreneur's voice breaks that filter entirely.

What is the difference between a context window and an AI memory trigger point?

A context window is what AI actively knows in one conversation. A trigger point is an instruction that tells AI where to look when a specific topic comes up - like a flashcard. Trigger points extend AI recall beyond the context window and make responses far more consistent and relevant.
