I recorded over 500 podcast episodes and almost none of it compounded. And I don't want you to make the same mistake. Here's what I did wrong. I was like, okay, when I record one podcast episode every day, I will get traction. And of course, it got me some traction and my business got traction as well, but it never compounded. And what I did wrong was I'm so curious for new things that every podcast episode was an episode standing alone. So if you listened to me, okay, one episode was maybe good for you and the second one as well and the third one maybe, But the fourth one would be about a total different topic because I'm too curious and I want to talk about everything. That's not helping you and your audience. It's a mistake. And therefore, I created my own most simple framework. I call this the cinnamon framework. And it's just this. The cinnamon framework means always add cinnamon. And it's because I like cinnamon a lot and and if I add it to food or drinks, I always like it. So it's always amazing. But you have to think in a way your business has some topics that are really relevant for your business. And you can think of many more topics, but you are three to five topics that are really relevant to you, your business and for your audience. And those topics, those three to five topics are the cinnamon. So if you think about always add cinnamon, always think about these topics. If you do that in that way, I promise you, if you create content in that way and you always add cinnamon, your content will fly and you will get traction.
